I came out with this post just to point mark my previous article about [Life Style] - Exercise The Bold And Beauty - Proper Way. There is one crucial standard for every routine and it vary for different individual - EXERCISE CAPACITY!!

So, I'm going to share things that some might never know (If you already know this - lets refresh things).

SPEECH TEST
Please keep track of your exercise routine - do slow down your tempo if in any case of heavy breathing. Keep the pace up if you can laugh or talk while doing the routine. This technique can be use as routine intensity measurement.

HEART PULSE
These technique are use by professional in their daily routines. Which more accurate and need expert advices (we can also learn to use it - great technique to measure our fitness):-

  • Count your heart bit = 220 - age x 60% heart bit
  • Maintain your heart bit on average = 90 - 135bpm (bit per minute)
  • To get your heart bit, set your thumb on the wrist and count the pulse
  • Take the pulse rate for 10 second multiply 6.
  • Get expert advice if:
    • Rest time heart bit equal or more than your target limit
    • You under go any drug treatment that lower your blood pressure (which effect your heart bit)
It's important to know our body capacities and fitness rate before undergo any routine. This might seem nothing crucial but remember - a routine that exceed body capacity is hazardous!!

 

 

[Info] - Watch out over new car theft strategy.

People please take full concern with this article that I'm going to post up. This is not a small matter that can be taken lightly cause what this article state might make you freak out and jump crazy. There is a new strategy that car theft use to steal our vehicle slickly (curse them).

Articles base on first person point of story - I don't know if this is true or not, but hey it's never hurt to take precocious action.

I locked my car. As I walked away I heard my car door unlock. I went
back and locked my car again three times. Each time, as soon as I
started to walk away, I would hear it unlock again!! Naturally alarmed, I looked around
and there were two guys sitting in a car in the fire lane next to the store.

They were obviously watching me intently, and there was no doubt they
were somehow involved in this very weird situation. I quickly chucked
the errand I was on, jumped in my car and sped away. I went straight t
o the police station, told them what had happened, and found out I was
part of a new, and very successful, scheme being used to gain entry into
cars. Two weeks later, my friend's son had a similar happening...

While traveling, my friend's son stopped at a roadside rest to use the
bathroom.. When he came out to his car less than 4-5 minutes later, someone
had gotten into his car and stolen his cell phone, laptop computer, GPS
navigator, briefcase... ..you name it.

He called the police and since there
were no signs of his car being broken into, the police told him he had
been a victim of the latest robbery tactic -- there is a device that robbers are
using now to clone your security code when you lock your doors on your
car using your key-chain locking device..

They sit a distance away and watch for their next victim. They know you
are going inside of the store, restaurant, or bathroom and that they now
have a few minutes to steal and run. The police officer said to manually lock
your car door-by hitting the lock button inside the car -- that way if
there is someone sitting in a parking lot watching for their next victim, it will
not be you..

When you hit the lock button on your car upon exiting, it does not send
the security code, but if you walk away and use the door lock on your
key chain, it sends the code through the airwaves where it can be instantly stolen.
This is very real.

Be wisely aware of what you just read and please pass this note on.
Look how many times we all lock our doors with our remote just to be
sure we remembered to lock them -- and bingo, someone has our code and whatever
was in our car.

Some people seem to be able to keep their wits well into old age. But some just don't have their chance for that golden experience. Some research said that there is other factors than solely base on genetics play role. This post of mine state several factors that abide the cruel laws of sharper mind despite having awesome genetics.

While other research has shown that genetics play a role in whether people get dementia, the study adds to a growing body of research that is uncovering ways you can up the odds of keeping your brain healthy and your memory sharp now and later.

Things that have to be done are simple as follows:

EXERCISE: They found that people who exercised moderately to vigorously at least once a week were 30 percent more likely to maintain a sharp mind than those who did not work-out as often.

EDUCATION: People with at least a high school education were almost three times more likely to keep up their cognitive ability than those without this education. And those who had a ninth grade literacy level were nearly five times more likely to maintain the ability (a specific word recognition test was administered during the study to assess the subject's literacy level.)

NOT SMOKING: There was also a connection between smoking and brain function in old age. Non-smokers were almost twice as likely to stay quick-minded as those who smoked.

SOCIALIZING: Finally, some social activity may also be good for the mind. The results showed that subjects who volunteered, worked or lived with someone else were 24 percent more likely to keep up their cognitive function.

Some might said that things are somewhat unimportant due to what they seem to have now day's. Others just don't bother due to busy lifestyles and lack of awareness. It just too simple to keep a sharp mind either young or old. I'm personally have never thought that making such healthy social activities give much credit into mind and brain development. About that smoking thinggy - I better stop fast.
