[Life Style] - Heat And Aspects Of Health

Nothing personal and it's been awhile since I've update my article. Only God knows how I miss to write and share. Well today, my article relates with our life style especially they who live in the hot surrounding. No offense cause only "we" know what are the effect of heat in our health activities and conditions.

Hot and dry weather are normal phenomenon surround the tropical line and this is something that many do acknowledge. The affection of heat and dryness cause my people roll in for treatment and sometimes causing death to high risk group. 

As educated people of the world we must know the  effect of this weather to human body and how to avoid getting caught up accordingly. Which most of us forget that hot weather do act as viral attraction from mid to high stroke which can cause death.

There are several occurrence due to this weather base on :-

  • Cloths, physical activities, working environments and loads.
  • Age categories.
  • Individual fitness.
Several effect relates with dry weather including :-
  • Fatigue to the heat.
  • Blackout or unconscious.
  • Heat cramps.
  • Exhaustion.
  • Most likely - stroke.
Symptom of illness regarding this heat effect :-
  • Headache.
  • Exhaustion.
  • Lack of focus.
  • Dizziness.
  • Muscle weakens and seldom end up with cramps.
  • Dehydration and coma 
  • Lastly death (if not being treated)

High risk group and they who might be affected with the dry weather :-

  • They who involves with physical activities (while having breathing and heart problems).
  • People with high blood pressure, hepatitis and any thyroid illness.
    note: the risk might get critical for they who use thick and tide cloths.
Precautions treatment and what to avoid (I'm giving out tips for this - please take note):-
  • Have
    - drink lots of water
    - wear light cloths
    - use head cover or umbrella outside the building
  • Avoid
    - drinks with caffeine, contains high sugar alcohol based
    - sitting inside locked car
    - doing routine under the heat weather

What you must do or act in case of having the HEAT SYMPTOM :-

  • Get out from the hot area.
  • Remove thick and tight cloth (if you ware any of it).
  • Place wet cold towel toward our body to cool down the heat.
  • Use fans (the faster way to reduce body heat).
  • Drinks water regularly for every 15 minutes.
  • Lastly, get some help and assist if worse case scenario.

[Life Style] - Exercise The Bold And Beauty - Proper Way

I'm starting to look over for a better life recently - especially when having weight of 100kg++ for such short person like me - 175-180cm height. Planning to make some move on doing more exercise force me to research the most suitable ways of doing things effectively in the same time - FUN, with no pressure on the body!!

I've done my part of gathering info in addition to fully utilize my exercise routine. There always guide toward better result in what ever we do. To exercise the bold and beautifully, I have to follow this guides:-

  1. Always get advise from professional before you made up any exercise routine.
  2. Start your exercise routine step by step accordingly for several week:-
    • Work your routine with a set of working and rest (2-3 minute) for 15 minute.
    • Increase our routine time interval each week until it reach 30 minute per session.
  3. Remember to start your routine with warm up to prevent any bad after effect pain.
  4. It is crucial to end every single routine by doing some cool down movement such as stretching
    or walking to prevent dizziness or pain.
  5. Please slow down the pace if you feel or having breathing difficulties.
  6. Stop immediately if you feeling:-
    • Discomfort
    • Pain
    • Dizzy
  7. Use proper attire for secure and ease session.
  8. It is crucial to choose suitable exercise environment:-
    • Flat and dry surface
    • Choose suitable weather before doing your routine.
    • Extra criteria (differ from people needs).
  9. Make sure you're having proper hydration rate - always standby with lots of water.
  10. Practice breathing technique in between routine sessions.
  11. If you having diabetes illness, please remember to:-
    • Bring sweets all along. Take some of it if you feel dizzy to prevent the effect of Hypoglycemia form occurring.
    • Use footwear protection to prevent injuries.
    • Never do any exercise routine if you are stuff or empty.
  12. While for they who have high blood pressure issues:-
    • Stop instantly if feeling dizzy, chest pain and hard to breath.
    • Stop for awhile before continue - takes time
  13. Finally, they who have weight problems (Definitely me!!):-
    • Never try to make any hard or aggressive routine
    • Minimize your movement to prevent muscle damage.

p/s: The most important thing for me to do - never overdone things. I want to be fits but in the same time afraid of the pain cause by injuries. One more things do what you body can restrain at the moment - don't go overboard.

[Life Style] - Washing our car environmentally friendly

Everything that  we choose to do in life always take effect toward environment no matter how small or vice versa. There are something we should know about mother nature - lots of thing will extinct if we don't preserve it. I'm going to talk about our nature of car wash- such behavior which people use to forget inflict many things toward the environment.

Many do not realize that washing our car, especially at homes, do give major environmental impacts. Either, it's excess water use, dangerous product usage or improper drainage. So, let us learn for today onward the appropriate precautions before cleaning our vehicles.

Curb Water Use

The average water hose in homes use anywhere from 5-10 gallons of water per minute depending on the pressure of the water. If we decide to use the hose for 10 minute of the washing, we can use as many as 100 gallons of water or more just to rinse a car. This means that we have to ensure we are not allowing our hoses to run while not rinsing our cars off.

When we not directly rinsing our car, make sure to turn off the water hose. An automatic shutoff nozzles can also be used to ensure water is not being wasted. If we have a pressure washer, we will get the maximum water savings because they only use a fraction of the water of hoses as well as provide higher pressure. Which save more water.

Eco-Friendly Car Products

Before we buys any cleaning product for the vehicle, make sure that 'they' are non-toxic, contains low or no phosphates and are biodegradable. Some of these products may be slightly more expensive, but will ensure our safety as well as environments. If our car is not that dirty, we can always just scrub it with no soap and still get clean.

Proper Drainage

Just because we decide to go with a safe cleaning product, does not mean that the dangerous chemicals will not entering the ground. The variety of chemicals that can end up on our vehicle are not safe in any ways to directly enter our ground. If possible, try to wash our vehicle on the grass or surface that allow the chemical to be filtered before entering the ground.

Home vs. Commercial Car Washing

Commercial car washing services are not the best solution, but may be much more environmentally friendly than we might think. On average, a commercial car washing service only uses a little as 15 gallons of water per person for self service. Conveyor services can use considerably more water and chemicals.

So, be sure to use self-service - instead of saving environment we can also use it as our exercise routines. Many car wash businesses also recycle their water as much as 80% of the water and properly discharge it it to ensure treatment before re-entering our water systems. Not every car washing businesses are created equal so ask the appropriate question to make sure that they are providing environmentally friendly services.
